Pasta Assaggini at The Coach and Horses

Representatives of the Italian Cremona co-operativa, which grows the wheat and produces the pasta, present a "Pasta Assaggini" with Organico Realfoods.

The menu features typical regional Italian pasta sauces matched to different shapes:

- Brown penne with a meat based ragù
- Spaghetti with tomatoes, olives, capers & anchovies 
- Fusilli with pesto
- Lasagne with beetroot & mascarpone
- Conchiglie with peas, rocket & Pecorino
- Farfalle with mushroom ragù
1/2 bottle of wine included

COST: £27.50 per person
