Chef Massimo Riccioli and Slow Food UK will be hosting a fun afternoon of food tastings, storytelling, drawing and entertainment on Saturday 25th February, to raise funds for Slow Food.
The family fundraiser will take place at Massimo Restaurant & Oyster Bar, just off Trafalgar Square, 12:00 - 15:00 on Saturday 25th February. Massimo is a Slow Food Chef Alliance member. There will be plenty of food and drink for the grown-ups and a marketplace area with some of our Ark of Taste/Forgotten Food producers showcasing their products.
All monies raised will go towards Slow Food UK to support their educational projects including Slow Food Baby, Slow Food Kids (Taste Adventure), Slow Food on Campus, Slow Food Wisdom, the Ark of Taste and the Chef Alliance, all with the aim to educate and raise awareness about sustainability and social justice issues surrounding the food we eat.
