As we move into jam making season Vivien will be demonstrating how to make jam, offering her tips on every stage of the preserving process and answering your questions. Vivien has 25 years’ experience of making and demonstrating award-winning preserves. She won 'Best of the Best' at the 2008 World Marmalade Festival.
Traditional preserve making is making a comeback, it's fairly simple and hugely rewarding so if you already make your own jam come along for some invaluable tips and if you haven't tried it yet then do attend and be inspired to start. Vivien will also be covering marmalades and chutneys as part of her talk.
