Great chocolate needs great cacao. We could lose this precious resource unless cacao farmers can build sustainable livelihoods growing fine cacao. We need a new model that benefits consumers, chocolate makers and farmers alike - a virtuous circle of value, price, sustainability and all the pleasure and flavour that can come from great origin chocolate.
