Our fourth session is Monday March 7th 2011, and will be presented by wine commentator Gilbert Winfield. It will be a tasting menu of wines that do not fit into any defined category, but are still sustainably produced. 'Lutte Raisonnée', 'Lotta Integrata', and others will appear, as well as wines made by ancient methods, in earthenware jars, and the like. In a minor bending of the rules, Gilbert will present a Japanese Saké (wine also, but made from rice, not grapes, and organic, without admitting it).
