The Slow Food Youth Network aka SFYN is a network of young people from all over the world, who are part of the Slow Food Movement.
Join us for this event, where we will screen two short
documentaries about the issues that young farmers are facing in the EU. A
discussion and eat-In will follow, where everyone will share food,
drinks and ideas.
From Amsterdam to Australia, young people are coming together to find innovative and engaging ways to share Slow Food philosophy, and unite behind a common ideal of making good, clean and fair food accessible to everybody.
The Slow Food Youth Network UK aims to encourage the active involvement of young people in political and social action that will help the UK establish a healthier enviroment for the production and enjoyment of food. We aim to engage young people in taking an active role in creating the healthy food communities that we need for the future.
This is a FREE event. Please bring some food and drink to share with everyone!
We look forward to seeing you there!
